Personal Training and Health Coaching for a healthier you.

Tailored programs to help you gain strength, stay active, and thrive.

This service incorporates personal training and light nutrition coaching. Every person has unique goals and challenges, so this program will be tailored towards your specific needs and the goals you want to achieve.

Whether you want to gain strength, lose fat, prevent or mitigate chronic health conditions, increase balance, reduce fall risks, increase flexibility, enhance performance or rehab from an injury, we will build a plan to meet your goals.

Many factors contribute to overall health, we will look at all of them and take a holistic approach to ensure optimum results.

Personal training sessions are performed in your home under our concierge model or in-facility on E Via Linda in Scottsdale. We will workout at a private gym that is only available to personal trainers. For those who want the convenience and time-savings of in-home personal training, that option is available, depending on your location under our concierge service model.

Personal Training sessions can be done in-person or virtually depending on your preference and availability.

Every new client intake begins with a comprehensive assessment to evaluate movement patterns, current fitness level, and set clear goals, allowing us to develop a strategic plan tailored to your needs. Each program also includes access to additional workouts to complement our in-person sessions. These may include recovery exercises, walking routines, breathing techniques, meditation practices, cardio and conditioning workouts, or a customized mix based on your goals and progress in your health journey.
