Greetings, I’m Veronica and I am originally from, Maine; I love outdoor adventure, cooking delicious food and spending quality time with loved ones. Scottsdale, Arizona has been my home for the past decade and I couldn’t be happier living here in the valley. I own Reality Health Coaching and also host “The Diet Obsessed Podcast” which airs weekly and discusses the reality of living a life of balance in a world full of extremes.

Veronica Santarelli is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and weight loss specialist with over 20 years of experience in health, fitness and alternative medicine.
Her passion for natural disease prevention and optimal health began after witnessing her father’s decline in hospice, which was largely influenced by limited movement and lifestyle choices. This experience inspired Veronica to dedicate her career to empowering others through proactive wellness strategies.
After spending the past decade working within Arizona’s traditional healthcare community and recognizing the critical need to reduce fall risks among seniors, Veronica became a certified personal trainer to make a greater impact. Through building strength, improving balance, and increasing bone density, she empowers her clients to increase longevity, maintain independence, and reduce the risk of chronic health conditions.
Veronica is uniquely positioned and educated to provide comprehensive health coaching services that combine her diverse skill set, helping clients achieve their health goals and lead vibrant, fulfilling lives.

I launched The Diet Obsessed Podcast four years ago as a response to the overwhelming amount of misinformation circulating online. In the wellness space, it’s common to see influencers promoting their approach as the “only” or “best” way—which can sometimes be misleading or even harmful. As someone who genuinely enjoys food and expresses love through it, I’ve always worked to find a sustainable balance—managing my weight while still enjoying life’s indulgences.Through studying the intuitive eating movement, I’ve come to believe that all foods can have a place in our lives, as long as we stay connected to our bodies and maintain balance through mindful movement. With new discoveries constantly emerging in the fields of nutrition and exercise science, this podcast is designed to be both entertaining and informative—highlighting the most exciting, evidence-based research in a way that’s easy to understand and apply.
